The Party Rent Group is a Europe-wide event outfitter with 24 locations and around 950 employees in nine countries. In addition to the headquarters in Bocholt, Westphalia, there are locations throughout Germany in Berlin, Dortmund, Düsseldorf/Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Bremen, Kassel, Nuremberg, Munich and Stuttgart. Outside of Germany, Party Rent has locations in France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, Austria and Switzerland.

As an event outfitter, Party Rent implements holistic equipment concepts. It's not just about providing sufficient equipment. It's about the atmosphere that is created - as well as the individualized concept that stands behind it and meaningfully underlines the communication goals. Because it has been proven that the right staging strengthens a message in the long term.

The product portfolio includes the rental of event equipment from the product groups tables, chairs, porcelain, cutlery, glass, counter and buffet systems, serving, table and buffet accessories as well as stages and presentation technology, kitchen equipment, warming and cooling systems. But tents, heating and air conditioning systems or carpets and floor coverings are also part of the range.

Party Rent works with you to design ideas for room concepts and decorations, visualize your ideas with CAD plans and 3D renderings, deliver your own designs and rental items from high-quality brands and, last but not least, take care of the assembly and dismantling with our own employees. Everything meshes, both at small private events and at major events with stadium character.
