Europahalle
Located in the center of Trier, the Europahalle is one of the largest and most popular indoor event locations in the region. Opened in 1977, the versatile venue has already been the venue for countless events. Over the years, the Europahalle has made a name for itself as a place that offers a stage for national and international artists and bands. Closely linked to Trier and the surrounding area, the Europahalle is also a regular, reliable contact for regional companies and clubs. Whether live concert, musical or carnival party, whether trade fair, anniversary celebration or company presentation: the Europahalle offers the chance to realize it. This is also made possible by a flexible room concept.
The total event area of around 1,000 sqm offers seating for up to almost 1,200 people. Up to 1,500 visitors fit in without seats, for example for standing concerts. As a gala or banquet location, the hall is designed for a maximum capacity of 800 people, depending on the type of seating. The Europahalle can be separated and subdivided into smaller rooms as needed. This is how the Metz hall (approx. 540 sqm), the Gloucester hall (280 sqm) and the Herzogenbusch hall (200 m²) were created - named after three partner cities of the city of Trier. In addition to the actual venues, there is also the spacious foyer with a total area of 900 sqm, several backstage wardrobes and a 65m² rehearsal room. The Europahalle Trier is also barrier-free.
Another big advantage of the Europahalle Trier is its central location at the cattle market. This is associated with very good transport links. Bus and train passengers can use the extensive public transport network to travel directly to the hall without having to walk a long way. A directly connected multi-storey car park as well as nearby public parking spaces enable drivers to arrive and depart comfortably.
